Heat and cold stresses can have a severe impact on their health and productivity. It is necessary to investigate the distribution of the Temperature Humidity Index (THI) and identify areas of maximum vulnerability for dairy animals in in terms of their respiration, reproduction, and milk production. There is a need to analyse the monthly, seasonal, and annual mean THI spatial distribution over a place . Identify the areas with the highest THI values, indicating discomfort for the livestock and assess the impact of THI on the respiratory rate, reproduction, and milk production of dairy cattle. ITAgri assists in generating “Special Bulletin for Heat Stress for Livestock “and poultry farmers from the Decision Support System (DSS) and disseminated advisory through SMS & voice messages to the farmers and local stakeholders. ITAgri helps to provide advisory for inland fishery sector based on temperature, oxygen level and under extreme weather conditions with close collaboration of the related organization to solve the vexed problems.
